The deliverable is intended to help stakeholders inspect MONOLITH's creative direction, interaction model, responsive behavior, and conversion flow.

It does not replace production legal review, procurement approval, privacy review, or final deployment sign-off.

• Use is limited to lawful browsing, portfolio review, and project planning.
• Do not copy, resell, misrepresent, or reuse MONOLITH materials without permission.
• Production rollout requires final scope, hosting, security, and legal confirmation.

MONOLITH's design decisions, page compositions, interaction patterns, and implementation work are provided as part of the creative-agency deliverable.

Third-party names, screenshots, assets, libraries, or inspirations retain the rights and obligations attached to their original sources.

• Do not remove attribution or license obligations from third-party materials.
• Do not reuse MONOLITH creative work outside the approved project context without permission.
• Confirm final asset rights before launch.

The package has been shaped for usability, brand expression, and frontend review, but it is not a substitute for a hardened production release.

Security, accessibility, performance, browser support, content governance, and legal obligations must be validated against the final production environment.

• Run production QA before public use.
• Validate all forms, integrations, consent flows, and analytics behavior.
• Review live deployment obligations with qualified legal and technical owners.

Questions are most useful when they include the intended launch context, target regions, integrations, data flows, and responsible internal reviewers.

MONOLITH can then respond with practical next steps for scope, implementation, and production readiness.
